Guarantee policy

Reserved rooms will only be held for 2 hours after requested reserved time on the date of check-in. The guests that have not arrived by this time are regarded as No-show guests if no written notice of delay is sent to hotel.

Cancel policy

Cancellation should be made until 14:00 local time 24 hours prior to arrival in writing. One night cancellation room charge will be imposed for all confirmed bookings should there be a no-show or late cancellation. In case the meal is preordered, full cost of it will be charged.
