Reserved rooms will only be held for 2 hours after requested reserved time on the date of check-in. The guests that have not arrived by this time are regarded as No-show guests and this will incur one night cancellation charge. In case the meal is preordered, full cost of it will be charged.

Any amendments should be made until 14:00 local time 24 hours prior to arrival in writing and shall be confirmed in accordance with current pricing and vacancies. Cancellation should be made until 14:00 local time 24 hours prior to arrival.

Hotel check-in time is 14:00 local time. Early check-in is charged 1/3 of the room rate. Hotel check-out time is 12:00 local time.  Late check-out from 12:00 to 18:00 is chargeable per hour. Rooms occupied from 18:00 to 24:00 are charged 50% of the room rate. After that the full room rate applies.

Smoking policy: all guest rooms are 100% non-smoking.

The room rates are in Russian Rubles and are inclusive of all applicable government taxes. Breakfast is not included in the room rate.  Room charges are to be paid in advance. Accounts can be settled by cash, Visa, Master, Union Pay or prepaid via credit card authorization form. Payment in cash is in Russian Rubles only.
